Delete your account

You can delete your Marble account and everything in it at any time, right from the app.

In the app

Open Marble.
On Home, tap the account button in the top right corner.
Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and you’re signed out.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address
Everything you saved, including files
Information Marble created from your saves
Your collections and usage records

This can’t be undone. Copies in backups are erased as those backups expire.

Can’t open the app?

Email hello@mymarble.app from the address you use to sign in to Marble, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm by email and delete everything within 30 days, usually much sooner.
