Marble is a private place for the things you save. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us run Marble, and how to delete it all.

The short version

• Your saves are private to you. Other people can’t see them.
• We don’t show ads, sell your data, or share it for marketing.
• We don’t use your saves to train AI models.
• You can delete a single save or your whole account at any time, right in the app.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, which we use to sign you in and to contact you about your account.
• Your content: the things you save in Marble and any notes you add.
• Information created from your content: Marble uses AI to organize your saves and make them easy to find. The results are stored with your saves and used only to provide Marble to you.
• Usage information: basic information about how you use Marble, such as how much you’ve saved, so we can apply plan limits and keep Marble working well.

The app has no ads, no advertising IDs and no third-party analytics or tracking.

How we use it

• To provide Marble: store your saves, organize them and answer your questions.
• To send sign-in codes and important messages about your account.
• To keep Marble secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

Who helps us run Marble

We use trusted service providers, such as cloud hosting, AI and email services, to run Marble. They process your data only to provide their services to us, not for their own purposes. This includes sending your saves to AI services so Marble can organize them and answer your questions. They don’t use your saves to train their models.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people or of Marble.

How long we keep it

We keep your saves until you delete them, and your account until you delete it. When you delete a save, it’s removed along with anything created from it. When you delete your account, everything is removed. Copies in backups are erased as those backups expire.

Your choices

• Delete any save from the app.
• Delete your account and all your data from the app. Here’s how.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@mymarble.app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including Canada, the EU, the UK and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, and to object to or limit how it’s used. To make a request, email hello@mymarble.app. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can contact your local data protection authority.

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

This website

mymarble.app doesn’t use cookies or analytics. If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address only to tell you when Marble is ready, and delete it if you ask. Our hosting provider processes basic request details, like IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

Children

Marble isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we’ll delete it.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Each person’s saves are visible only to them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For important changes, we’ll tell you in the app or by email.
